This short video was made to be shown in a news story on Anglia Television early evening news / magazine programme About Anglia.

Additional Description

The scenes of the train crash were probably filmed in July 1984 when British Railways and the Central Electricity Generating Board arranged a test to prove the safety of transporting nuclear waste by train. An engine running at over 100 miles per hour ran into an empty nuclear flask positioned across the rail track in front an audience of press reporters, cameras and other observers.
