Countdown film leader begins the film. Groups of young people stand in a crowd along a street as a car passes. A Mod stands examining a motorbike with two Rockers. A group of young boys walk past and wave at the camera. Two young women sit astride mopeds with Learner plates on them. More groups of Mods and Rockers. Footage shows many sleeping rough under blankets beside their motorcycles.
