Anglia Television report on the activities available at a holiday campsite.

John McGregor narrates over footage of holidaymakers and the activities available at the Caister Holiday Camp in Norfolk, beginning with guests at a ‘dog derby’ event, followed by holidaymakers, young and old, cycling around the camp site. Campers come and go, and take part in sporting activities - tennis, lawn bowls, pitch-and-putt golf, and there is a brief glimpse inside the chalets. At the beach, people of all ages take part in the games, play, or relax in the sunshine. Other outdoor pursuits for adults include taking part in sports day races and games, encouraged by the entertainment staff. Alternatively, indoors at the camp, men play on the one-armed bandits, and women dance the Twist to jukebox music. Some of the guests reveal why they prefer a campsite holiday. One of the benefits of this type of holiday is the camp nursery. At ‘Kiddies Corner’, children play on the slide and swings. In the dining hall, kitchen staff prepare food, and seated guests tuck in to their breakfasts. Meanwhile, an announcement of the afternoon activities is made. In good spirits, campers in the neighbouring dining rooms harangue their rivals.
