Interview with Zandra Rhodes as models display her range of women's fashion jeans and tops.

At a promotional event for Zandra Rhodes’ new range of jeans and tops, a singer performs in a disco-inspired setting with rotating coloured lights and images of the fashion designer. The song is a version of ‘You Only Live Twice’ referring to the jeans to which ‘Zandra Rhodes supplies flash and Falmers the name’. A man talks with a woman whose dress is covered in balloons. Young women drinking cocktails at the bar and sitting on a settee are models wearing the new clothing range. Zandra Rhodes’ glittery floral designs decorate the jeans and the fronts of the T-shirts and sweatshirts. Sitting at the bar, Zandra Rhodes with her signature pink hair is interviewed by Christine Webber of Anglia Television. She explains that she was approached by the company to add her touch to the jeans. She sees it as a chance to meet people around England and get her designs to the high street as a Zandra Rhodes jeans uniform with her diamante lily and 'Painted Lady' head designs evolving over seasons to come. Asked how the clothes will work on the average size woman as well as the slim models, she says that the designs will distract from whatever size you are. She says decide what you like about yourself and make yourself feel great. She shows her shiny tiered skirt which she says she is wearing as a cheerleader for the models. Moving to the music, the models display the glittery designs on the seats of their jeans and raise their glasses to the camera. The films ends with a sequence without sound. The singer welcomes Zandra Rhodes to the stage area and they curtsey to one another. Then the designer is seen again sitting at the bar in conversation with Christine Webber.
