The opening of the new building at Gressenhall's Norfolk Rural Life Museum

The camera shows a close-up of the sign for the Norfolk Rural Life Museum at Gressenhall. Sir Timothy Colman, Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk reads from a piece of paper as he removes an orange sheet from a plaque declaring the opening of the new building. A close-up of the plaque explains the contributions to the appeal that made the building possible. Dick Joice stands addressing the gathered audience. The camera pans round to show the crowds at the event and the various farming equipment that makes up the exhibit inside the building.
