Viscount Allenby attends the British Legion rally at Braintree.

Former soldiers and members of the British Legion wearing their medals are assembled in a park, some carrying flags. Viscount Allenby greets men and inspects the ranks, then he and his party walk past crowds of onlookers. He presents a standard. Scenes of the parade including a marching band. The crowd assembles at the war memorial where a service is held. Men throng through a gate as photographers climb up to get a better view. Viscount Allenby salutes.
