This film begins with a shot of children gathered in a field. Some are lifted into the back of a lorry and some get into decorated cars. There is a shot of some children in the back of the lorry with some entertainers in the front. One of them plays a banjo. The next sequence shows cars proceeding along the A12, showing the scale of the operation. At the destination, another field, there are entertainers in fancy dress. There is a shot of crowds of children, who collect drinks and food parcels. There are some milk churns in the background. A high angle shot shows the children milling around and cars parked. The end of the film shows games, there is an egg and spoon race, a tug of war and a three-legged race.
