Fire-fighters rise from their beds and dress prior to putting out a fire. There are scenes of them marching and more manooeuvres. The fire-fighters sit and watch, then more manoeuvres showing them collecting the water tank and hoses. There are scenes of men playing snooker and relaxing outside their quarters.
