The Reverend Anthony Smith, Rector of Mistley and Manningtree stands on Mistley Swards. He introduces the film about Brunswick House, a residential home for people with special needs. Some residents prepare food and wash up. One resident introduces himself, stating that he has lived in the home for over 20 years. A former resident talks about his progress during his stay and describes sharing a local house with others. At Brunswick House, cleaners and staff go about their daily routines; a staff member talks about running the home and the generosity of the local community. Residents take their meals, work, and pursue leisure activities.
