German submarines are surrendered to Admiral Tyrwhitt's cruiser squadron off Harwich in November 1918.

A warship at sea with an airship hovering above. There are shots of naval frigates F47, F57, and F58, and a submarine. A submarine crew is on board a cruiser with a motorised life boat moored alongside. The Germans with their kit are helped into a British vessel. British sailors pose for the camera.
