Inside the Greene King brewery at Bury St. Edmunds: brewing equipment, the filling and storing of barrels and the automated bottling plant. Bottles are packed into crates by hand and loaded onto the Greene King lorries. Women work in the soft drinks plant. A mechanised figure of a King drinks ale surrounded by various trophies. A traditional horse and dray approaches the brewery loaded with barley. Employees relax in the company swimming pool, and there are shots of a cricket match and the 'Victory' Memorial Sports Ground. The Greene King fire brigade makes an appearance. Finally, two Greene King pensioners drink a pint of ale together.
