A Case and Steward production, made at their experimental farm, promoting the company's feed and fertiliser products.

Manor Farm buildings and the equipment in use: the farrowing house, the drying house, the implement shed and the Dutch barn. Young chicks are in an incubator. The commentary explains that 2000 day-old chicks are bought in each year. They are debeaked, and filmed as they grow. Older birds are shown in a field, and in deep litter houses. Pig husbandry is featured. British Landrace pigs occupy the paddock by their straw bale houses. Sows and piglets are fed and cleaned farrowing house where there is an automatic feeding and watering system. The piglets are filmed as they grow. Bullocks are weighed and treated for worms and warble fly. As a tractor pulls a plough, the commentary describes the rotation of crops, along with: the nature of the soil, irrirgation techniques, soil erosion and the damage caused by coypu. The final sequence demonstrates the use of Case and Steward fertilisers and feeding products. Specimens of crops, treated and untreated with fertiliser, are compared.
