The bird life found at Blakeney Point

Shots of boats moored in the Pit near Blakeney Point. People come ashore from a small boat. The rest of the film concentrates on the birds, particularly the common tern, the little tern and the oyster catcher. There are shots of birds in flights and then of the common tern nesting. This sequence includes close up shots of the adult bird on the nest, of the nest itself and of the newly hatched chicks. The eggs of the little tern are filmed in the nest, later with the chicks hatching. A man with a camera photographs the nest. Oyster catchers are filmed on the beach and in flight. There are long and close up shots of the nests and close up shots of chicks and of birds nesting. The final scene is of a common tern pecking at a man's hand as he points out the nest for the camera.
