Family scenes at home and out on the Norfolk coast.
The film begins with several shots of a thatched house set in gardens on a hillside. There are views over the town and the camera pans along the coastline towards Cromer. Beeston Regis and West Runton are visible. The family and their friends are filmed in the garden and then on the beach, both on the sand and in the sea. There is a sequence showing a game of mixed lacrosse. These scenes may be shot a West Runton, as the shots are from the Eastern side of the distinctive hill at Beeston Regis. The second sequence is filmed on the Broads. These show a man, firstly in a boat and then on land, trying to trap a duck. There are further yachting scenes. A shot beside the Broad, possibly at Wroxham, shows a couple with a pony and trap and a horse drawn water cart.
