Housing in Harlow.
There are many general shots showing residential streets in Harlow. These show houses and how the countryside had been kept as part of the landscape. Some of the houses shown are still being built. Some new occupants are seen walking up their concrete driveway, proudly. The camera films along Mark Hall Moors and Broomfield. The film shows a high-rise block and other buildings, including some industrial buildings.
