BBC Look East report on the restoration work being carried out to Norwich Cathedral's spire.

Low angle exterior shots of the Norwich Cathedral spire, followed by footage showing inside the tower and the restoration work that is being carried out to the stonework. Interview with Mr [Fielding] who explains what exactly the problem is and what is being done to restore the tower. Scaffolding can be seen standing against the spire, which is the second highest in England. This film was transmitted to accompany a BBC East news story as part of the regional news broadcast.
