Home movie which includes a family gathered around a table talking, motorbike racing, a wedding, watching a parade of elephants and a day out at the Royal Norfolk Show.

A man sits in a chair and lights a cigarette. A woman sitting near him looks into a compact mirror and bushes her hair. Another man and woman laugh together and flip pages of a book or script. Another woman smokes a cigarette and laughs at the camera. The camera pans over a group of people sitting on rows of chairs. Close up of a woman applying makeup using a compact mirror. Close up of a man talking to the group. Perhaps these are Norwich Amateur Cine Club members as the man talking appears to be Charles Scott. At a speedway, a group of people race their motorbikes along the track. A man waves a flag every time a motorbike passes the finish line. The bikes line up at the starting point and race again. Shot of people sweeping the track. A car drives away from the camera. The camera pans across some trees. A woman walks past the car and towards the camera. Shot of a bride and her father walking into a church. The bride and groom walk out of the church. People gather around the married couple. A man gets out of a car in the middle of a field where a large van has 'Bertram Mills Circus' painted along the side. Shot of a tractor pulling along a large trailer. To announce the arrival of the circus in the city, a line of elephants walk through the street in a circus parade, followed by people riding horses and a man leading a camel. A group of choir boys walk out of a church. Camera pans over the church. Shot of a little girl playing in a garden. A crowd of people gather outside Norwich City Hall which is decorated with flags to welcome a Royal visitor. A car pulls up outside and the crowd waves. Shot of a sign for the Royal Norfolk Show. A large group of people ride horses in a show display. Shot of a figure made out of tractor tyres with a banner above it saying ‘J.O. Youngman’ followed by a shot of another sign reading ‘UNITRUKS.’
