Standing on a rooftop in Ipswich, overlooking both the docks and the town centre Mr Shankland is interviewed about the Shankland, Cox and Associates proposal for the expansion of Ipswich. Mr Cox and other suited gentleman stand directly behind Mr Shanckland as he explains that the scheme is only in its infancy and there are numerous processes involved. The interviewer probes for information about the specific designated site for the expansion, he is though informed that no decisions have been made. Mr Shankland informs the interviewer about the professional background of his team and the interview ends with Mr Shankland explaining his projected cost of the process.
