Mr Garrett speaks about the family's inadequate transport one evening, and the consequence of failing to get their son, Steven, to hospital for a scheduled kidney transplant operation. Mr Garrett recalls the lack of cooperation they faced from petrol station owners and police staff. Chief Superintendent Fred Calvert of King's Lynn Constabulary is then interviewed giving his response to police procedures that night.
