A Master Pastry Chef works with boiled and spun sugar to produce a peacock inspired sugar structure.

Film detailing the work involved in creating the shape of a peacock out of granulated sugar. The film records the processes involved, including: boiling the sugar; adding colours to the boiling sugar; marking out of patterns; pouring boiled sugar into the patterns and the creation of other component shapes; lifting the set sugar; spinning sugar; assembling the components into the completed sugar structure.
