The Mayor and party visit a home for animals in Norwich

This short film to accompany an Anglia News story opens with the sign board for RSPCA Norfolk and Norwich Branch Willis Home for Animals on Drayton Road, Norwich. The Mayor and Sherriff of Norwich and their wives and guests enter the building. They look at dogs in pens behind wire netting, some of them barking. A staff member in white coat holds a dog which is stroked by the visitors. They walk around the grounds where a Siamese cat is roaming free. A kitten is produced for inspection.
